Content Policy

Two prohibitions, enforced technically and without exception. Everything else is a creative decision that belongs to you.

What makes it different

Fictional characters only

The service generates original, fictional subjects. Sexual or intimate content depicting real, identifiable people is prohibited, including public figures and including cases where the user owns the source photograph.

No minors, no exceptions

Any content depicting or appearing to depict a minor is prohibited. Accounts are terminated permanently and reports are made where the law requires it. Stylistic conventions are not a defence.

Removal requests are honoured quickly

If content depicting you has been generated or published, contact us and it is removed. Requests are acknowledged with a reference number and actioned within 48 hours.

Synthetic media is labelled

Outputs carry machine-readable provenance metadata identifying them as AI-generated, in line with EU AI Act Article 50 obligations that took effect in 2026.

Why these rules exist

Two of them are legal requirements with real weight. In the United States the TAKE IT DOWN Act has covered AI-generated intimate depictions since 2026, with per-violation penalties and obligations on platforms including a 48-hour removal window. Content involving minors is criminal everywhere and is treated as such.

The rest is a straightforward operating decision. A service that tolerates content in either category does not stay online, and everything its users made disappears with it. Enforcing the boundary is what keeps the tool available to the people using it lawfully.

Reporting content

If you believe content depicting you has been generated using this service, contact us with enough information to identify it. You will receive a reference number, the content is removed, and we search for identical copies. No account or legal representation is required to make a request.

Reports about content that appears to involve a minor are treated as the highest priority and are actioned immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload a photo of myself?

Yes, for ordinary non-intimate content. The prohibition is on intimate or sexual content of identifiable people, including yourself, because it cannot be distinguished from content about someone else.

What if I have the person's permission?

The prohibition still applies. Consent cannot be verified at generation time, so the rule is absolute rather than case-by-case.

How do I request removal?

Contact us with a description of the content and where it appears. You will get a reference number and a response within 48 hours.

Is generated content labelled as AI?

Yes. Outputs carry machine-readable provenance metadata, as required under EU AI Act Article 50.
